Absolutely horrible company!!!! I paid my balance off and have the receipts to show it and they still continue to take money out of my account. Very disgusted with this company and I recommend to anyone to never use them!!!!

*******, sorry to hear you are having this experience. Unfortunately your review is of the wrong Progressive Leasing. We are a construction equipment rental/leasing company and not the company you are having issues with. I do NOT recommend Progressive Leasing at ALL. They start the payment DAYS early from the agreed on payment date, charge the wrong acct and then wanna charge a bounce fee and make it difficult to have it removed. I had their money in the agreed upon acct and they somehow charged my other. Then they try to blame you. Baaaad experience. I get if I didn't have the money and it was the actual date but not when they're going against the agreement smh then they turn around and try to blame you. number 1 you were supposed to charge my checking and instead charged a different acct I used ONCE for a payment i was making that was extra number 2 you're initiating a charge DAYS earlier than the agreement states YOURE BREAKING A CONTRACT! And I now have to waste more time later if there's another bounce fee! THEY BLAME THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! And also freakin say "it usually takes a few days" NO YOU VIOLATED THE CONTRACT, I DONT CARE IF IT USUALLY TAKES TIME TO DEBIT, DONT START DAYS BEFORE THE FREAKIN DATE!Rental Plus, Inc. Response

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. My husband and i have used Progressive Leasing twice. First time was for phone leasing, We had many problems with the website and the app. We would pay more to get the 90 day buy out option. Giving them another chance after the website and app went through an update, we bought our wedding rings. And ,AGAIN the website and app would tell us that the username or password was incorrect. Repeatedly we reset our information each time we used the website or app. Not one time did they NOT inform their customers that they are undergoing updates but they would tell us that all the information on their side was correct and they did not see a problem. I have contact customer service MANY time and spoke to supervisor who sent this issues to IT and was not resolved. I will NEVER use this company again!!!Rental Plus, Inc. Response

Process was quick and easy but they signed the contracts on my behalf! I went to check on the documents and saw that they had already been signed and that my account had already been charged!Rental Plus, Inc. Response
