      InTheSwim sells on Amazon and they do not let the customer know at any time during the order process that someone will need to be present to sign for delivery of pool shock. ***** was the delivery service and multiple attempts were made to deliver the product when nobody was present at my house. After the final attempt ***** noted that the product was to be returned to InTheSwim. It has been 10 days since I placed the order on Amazon and I am still waiting to receive a refund. If you pay for a product or service and do not receive it then you should immediately receive a refund. If you do not then it should be considered fraud. I will never purchase again from InTheSwim, I will stick to buying for local pool supply stores, even if I have to pay slightly more. It's not worth the hassle with shipping and the lack of delivery policy notification.

      I purchased a $49 indoor pool cover and water bags for a total of over $150, 1.5 years ago. The cover after 1.5 ******* ripped and basically disintegrated. I send pics and spoke to customers service off shore. That was a real experience, speaking to those that dont understand or cant problem solve. They said they would give me a 30% -40% credit on my cover purchase price and have to rebuy. The same cover they said is now over $80. 18 months later. Wow inflation pricing and scam ALL bundled into one. **** ?? I told them I will take my business elsewhere. They closed my warranty claim and refuse now to honor anything. Buyer beware. Take your business elsewhere to those that appreciate your hard earned dollars. Good luck in the swim good ******. I only get burned once. Shame on you

      I ordered a pool and due to a cancellation from another company I was assured pool would be delivered withing 2 weeks, all of a sudden the delivery is delayed due to inventory and they aren't sure when parts will be available. I asked for refund since the materials had not left the warehouse and order never was shipped. Sat on hold for over an hour and still got no resolution as I was hung up on and I am continuing to call and attempt to get refunded for a product they no longer have in stock and have no idea how long it will take to receive the parts needed. please provide me with an email address of someone who can help here.

      **************** is unacceptable. Purchased Dolphin DX5i robotic pool cleaner w/WIFI + ultrafine screens + caddie. It performed VERY poorly with large objects being jam into impeller system repeatedly, shutting it down, and requiring some disassembly to correct. Contacted manufacture and they provided no useful help (work around or fix or cause for problem). Requested a return/refund from In The Swim well within the 30 requirement. The product shipped in 3 different boxes, but they (customer service) can't figure out how to provide 1 of the return shipping labels. Waiting has reached over a week. Wasted hours on chat and emails with them.

      I purchased in "In the swim" solar cover through Amazon, in 2022. The cover had a 8 year warranty. The cover has developed separation in the seam an bubbles! The cover is useless. In The SWIM will not cover there solar cover! BUYER BEWARE

      Hello ***, Unfortunately, what was pictured is not covered under the warranty. This is called bubble damage. Usually caused by weather or chemicals.

      I bought a house with a neglected pool and have numerous things I need to order... I purchased a couple from "In The Swim". Well, they do not stand behind their items, so I will certainly will not order from them again.

      Did a search online for a nature 2 A30 replacement cartridge. The price shown for In the swim was $104.99.When I went to order it, the price went up to $174.99. Called customer service, after a bunch of well maybe this and maybe that, I asked for a manager. I was transferred to a manager, ****. She was rude and hung up on me when I asked them to honor the price thats online. They lost a Customer.

      We purchased a top of the line solar cover it started to fall apart after 6 months. Which has a a first and second year warranty full replacement...after emailing back and forth they said that the bubbles aren't covered by the warranty...*************************** then offered 15% then. 25% .we will never purchase anything from intheswim again

      Received a mailer from In the Swim offering 25% off and free shipping, valid from 4/19/24- 4/31/24. Tried ordering product online several times and would not accept promo code so I phoned customer service. I spoke with a representative who asked me for the product number and discount amount. Once she took my order information, she told me the discount amount would display in "about 20 minutes," which I thought was odd, but so be it. When I asked her for a total she quoted me the discounted price plus shipping. When I informed her (again) that shipping was included, she told me that free shipping had expired. When I informed her (again) that this was not the case and could she direct me to her supervisor she said she would manually apply the shipping discount. Today, when I saw the product shipped, not only was $9.99 shipping charged but the 25% ($17.49) discount was never applied. Filling orders correctlyt is certainly not rocket science, but for a company like In the Swim it seems to be.

      This business sold as a very expensive solar pool cover which entirely fell apart (disintegrated) Within 2 years when it had a 7 year warranty. They said that it wasn't covered because it disintegrated due to exposure to sunlight and chemicals. That's is just a ridiculous notion because that's what outdoor pools expose those covers to. This product was over $400 and they absolutely refuse to reimburse ** for any of the cost. I would not recommend buying any products from this company ever again.
