I purchased this product in July/August 2021 (order 80664A). I brought it to my doctor, who said using it would void my cpap warranty and that it could be dangerous. I returned the product and got a refund. Recently, I commented on this experience on one of their ******** posts. They are telling people that their products do NOT void machine warranties and not addressing the many questions related to its safety, as it uses ozone. They told me that I had never purchased from them and accused me of defamation. They then blocked me and removed my comments from others seeing my experience. I'm worried about this careless use of ozone and them telling people that they do not need to consult their doctors/manufacturers before using their product. They were very rude to me and I wish I could send you all the entire conversation and what they are claiming about their product. It sounds cliche, but they really need to be reviewed for the good of the public.Initial Complaint

126139A Is my order number. *** reached out several times since first recipe I no my unit and it hasnt worked since day one. I plugged it in to charge like the directions said. Unit got very hot and didnt charge.Initial Complaint

When I received the product I was told one full charge would last for 6 cleanings. It will not last for even one. I tried to contact the company, however never received any response.
