I leased a car from them and it was known of the steering issue but not what was the specific issue. ****, the manager, told me have it diagnosed then they will work with me to get it fixed. When I informed them after I had it diagnosed I was met with aggression, verbal abuse, hang **** and disrespect. **** told me I was on games, trying to get a new car and I was just being a little b****. He told me that cars that old just have these issues, and make these noises. When they get to these miles(he said the odometer wrong, and yelled at me when I corrected him) It was found out that it needed new brake pads and rotors in the back and new tie rods for all four in the front, new tires, serpentine belt, wheel alignment and more. Over 3k worth of work. I called the warranty and was told only one thing was covered. The dealership has been less then helpful about getting this done. *** been told ** just being a menus, on games, doing this because I enjoy it and Im just trying to get a new car. I asked them why wasnt this done before the car was sold. I was told by *****(Bills wife) if it needed to be it would have been. In less than two months of signing the paperwork the car has been to a shop over 6 times, and had over $2500 worth of work done. When the manager of the shop has tried to contact the dealership **** has told them have her bring the car by and hung up(they are a hour drive) When they did the brakes they installed it incorrectly (per the shop)**** refused to do anything to fix it. He told me contact auto zone and have them switch out the part since its under warranty. Authorization from Reliable wheels needed to be given. I was again given hassle when I called by **** because Does it really need to be done or am I just being dramaticBill called Auto zone after authorization was given and told the manager Bri not to help me because Im just a liar and crazy looking for free stuff. Had to take out payment plan just to get the car fixed
