    Originally, we were pleased with the fence installation and gave a nice 5 star review.We've since removed that review due to the response, or lack thereof, from the owner after our gate has continued to twist (just weeks after install).***** verbally told us on our final walk through the wooden gate was twisting but he'd place a nail which he'd like us to keep in place for a few days.He'd be in touch the following week to check in, and should the gate continue to twist after removal he'd "take care of it". We texted him 3 weeks after install, since we Didn't hear from him for a "check in" the week after, and we told him the gate was still twisting.He acknowledged the text and said he'd be by later that week.We never heard from him the day he told us he'd be by and texted him for a follow up. No reply for 2 days.During our back and forth texting he had us mixed up with another client.5 days went by before he Finally replied, accurately replying to us regarding the gate. He again acknowledged the issue and said he'd contact the distributor. He then started mentioning "wood does this" but during our final walk through he is the one who said it would be taken care of should the twisting be an issue.10 days passed before we reached out to him for a follow up. He didn't respond for 2 more days.When he finally did he said:"I will try and get over there next week to try and do something with it. This is not sometging that I normaly do. Wood does this."Again, he is the one who said he would check in with us specifically regarding the gate twisting. Never mentioned "this is not something I normally do" or that we'd have to pull teeth to have the issue fixed.We simply contacted him on his word he'd rectify the problem.We voiced our concern over that fact and that it had Only been a few weeks.     According to the contract the customer signed, she understood that wood is a natural product. Wood fencing is exposed to various weather conditions and some warping, twisting and splitting may occur. Allegiance Fence cannot control the reaction of such product. Also, the customer was informed there would be a service charge to come out to evaluate and also additional cost to replace material. I suggested to let me know if it became worse or unusable. The customer stated to forget it. So we no longer followed up. No one in the fencing business offers warranty labor on wood products. Higher grade was also purchased for this customer at not extra expense to them. We responded to each text sent from thw customer promptly.

    As noted in my original review, while we understood the wood could in fact twist it is because of what the owner told us we pressed the issue with the gate. We also did Not expect the wood gate to cause such an issue just a few weeks after install.During our final walk through he is the one who said he would check in with us specifically regarding the gate twisting. Owner Never mentioned "this is not something I normally do", or "there will be a service charge" We simply contacted him on his word he'd rectify the problem. Technically, yes he did respond to us but as noted in original review it was 12 days, 5 days, or 2 days in between most responses (this being able we sent a duplicate hoping for a reply).His responses prior to our final communication continued to point towards he would be fixing what he said he would. When he finally responded (12 days later) is when he mentioned "We built this gate above spec and I cant do anythingabout the wood warping it states on your contract we are not responsible for wood warping. If I come back out there will be a service charge."We never asked for above spec materials, if that's what we provided great but don't hold that over our heads because that was clearly your choice.We indeed did say forget it once the final conversation transpired.As mentioned, see ****, ********, or ****** for screenshots and photos of what led us to this poor review.
