              Back in the summer, I had my vehicle taken in and he put a radiator, thermostat and water hose on it. I talked to him a couple other times about my car repairs and my car is still not working correctly. I have taken it back to him and he said there is nothing wrong with it when there is something wrong with it. Back in October, we took the vehicle in because the power steering pump was not working. He kept the vehicle for 25 days, two different mechanics worked on it, I got billed twice for it. The first bill was $881.00 and the mechanic got fired so he put another mechanic on it and the total bill was $785.00. So I got billed for the same job twice and still have the problem that the belt swalls on my car. I have had a talk with him about it and he started cursing at me about it. The power steering pump was grinding and I took it to him and he charged me $80 to tell me the same thing I told him. He fired the mechanic that was working on it and put someone else on repairing it. It is still acting up now. I would like to take my car over to my brother who is the head mechanic at another dealership and let him fix it and have this guy to pay for it.

              I just like to say that ***** and his crew at Bulk have been awesome to me and my family. They have taken care of our vehicles and always been honest and straightforward with everything. We have five vehicles and they take care of everyone. And are always there when we need towing or anything else. First class people and company. They've consistently given me great prices on tires and taken care of any problems afterwards. I would highly recommend them. The latest interaction with them was I called on Thursday and they could have got me in on Thursday but I needed to wait till Friday they were there when I dropped it off and ran me through what they were going to do. Their communication is excellent they called me and let me know what was going on and where do we need to go from here to repair my vehicle. Thumbs up to bulk tire and repair
