In June of 2021, I paid Randy Riddle Nursery $7,700 to install 28 trees. Mr. ********************** dropped off 10+ trees and indicated he would be back within 3 days to plant the trees. Instead, he waited 10 days before returning and planting the trees. Despite my continued to attempts to water the trees, several of them were dying and Mr. ********************** indicated that on the receipt. He promised to come back and swap out the dying trees in September when it cooled off. He did not return until the week of Thanksgiving. He removed 8 dead trees and promised to return the following week to replace them. I specifically said, we have family coming over the holidays and beyond, I do not want to be looking at a torn up yard come March. He promised that would not be the case. I called no less than 6 times asking when he is coming to install the new trees to which I am always told "next week." It is now May and my yard is still torn up and there have been no replacement trees installed. I would like a refund of the cost of the trees, installation and mulch in the amount of $2400 so I can find a reputable service to replace them. As an aside, I have since had another landscaper out on two different occasions who indicated that all of the trees were poorly installed.
