Great company, ****** and the crew went above and beyond with the service they provided. Highly recommended!

Don't sign, they do absolutely nothing more for you than you, yourself filing a claim with your insurance. They promised me that Allstate would replace my roof, that was a lie. They promise to fight for me. That was a lie. I guess my claim wasn't big enough to warrant attention. I have multiple emails dozens, trying get this company to respond. Even after calling, nothing. They say they are doing all this work, but haven't don't anything for over a year. At the start, seemed promising, then when Allstate wouldn't replace roof, they just went radio silent for a year. I had to reply to Allstate asking for updates and when Allstate said, this case is completed. Still no call, no status updates from Storm Restoration. I had to keep calling asking for updates and them just passing the buck... its not closed, we are skill asking... then after 1 year 1/2 they finally said, "Okay Allstate said it's closed" I'm basically *** and they want the 35% of my check so they can move on. They have never wanted to repair my roof, never called to schedule anything, just want me to cave and ask for my part so they can take their 35% since it wasn't a big enough claim for them to care about the customer. I have the proof of their radio silence. the constant email, the pretend responses to Allstate saying..we think it's not closed... that's how they fight for you.... so basically don't bother, call the insurance co. yourself, they cant do anything and their "fight" is making promises they cant keep then at the end saying hire a lawyer if i want more $$. That's their dirty little secret. They cant get you more than what the insurance can do. Work with your insurance, do not waste your time with these scammers, that only are interested in large payouts. Claim was made in 6/13/2022, they received their check in August 2022 from Allstate, and Allstate said it's closed. They have NEVER called to scheduled repairs in 1 year 1/2.

It is noted with the great observance that there is still a huge work is pending with some of the leftover works too. You have received and cashed out all the compensation checks from my insurance company. As far as the completion of works is concerned. Through this message, I want to put your attention to please arrange to complete the work with efficient performance. Quick action in this regards is required from your side.

I Do not even know where to start. I have a house that is 122 years old and and until recently looked like it had seen the worse of every season that Iowa weather can produce. Not anymore! A derecho storm swept through my town which started my relationship with Storm Restoration Pros. My roof, gutters and siding were all damaged. As well as water leaking from the ceiling of my daughters room. I was worried about my siding because it was asbestos with lead paint underneath, and was told when I bought the house that it would be near impossible and expensive for anyone to replace it (big house as well). Other companies that visited my property did not want the hassle and wouldnt even bother with a quote. ****** got me approved for EVERYTHING! When my insurance company was not dragging their feet or answering calls and questions, they used confusing language and encouraged shortcuts. Thats not how ****** or ****** operate. They simplified terms for me and educated me on my policy and my no pressure contract. They let me dictate what my needs were and what was important for my family. They understand that this is not a house, this is my HOME. My project Manager, ******, Is on site daily and answers my (many) calls whether it be 6am or 11pm. I have a hectic schedule and ****** is always on time and always prepared. The construction crew has worked magic on my home. Headed up by Anuar, they are all true professionals. They pay attention to detail, clean up at the end of every day, are respectful to me and neighbors, they work super hard and still manage a smile morning and night. Anuar is the man! The only problem I have is that people do not believe me when i say how old my house is! A very special thanks to ***************************, ************************* and *************************. Thank you for being in my corner when it seemed all was against me. If there is a company you want in your corner, its got to be Storm Restoration Pros. You wont be disappointed.
