    As of April 2024 the 3 problems remain and no refund checks received even tho they say/pretend to send it.1) on 2/5/2021 at sale - i) overcharge of $148 over the True value deal of $22,499 + $300 doc fee.ii) $500 preferred customer offer cancelled but $500 discount not refunded.iii) $150 charged for title not provided. Total overcharge at Sale $798.2) Service warranty refused. I paid for the service that should be free and they ignored the credit on my account for extra service on my trade in car that I paid but was not done. Nov 2022 filed BBB complaint #******** and *************** agreed to refund $248 for the service overcharge to close the BBB case but then refused to refund.3) Ongoing back and forth harassment.i)Say they will refund but do not .ii) *************** wanted to reverse my purchase but not return my running trade in leaving me with no car so I had to get title myself after making multiple trips to dealership to get signed bill of sale, to bank to get copies of my check, download amex charge.and pay $150 for title again and additional $316 taxes. (At the sale the total price seemed correct even tho' I later found they had manipulated the numbers)iii) charging for services not performed : Did not do the car wash(usually included in the service) for the service that I paid even tho both the car was and the service should have been free.iv) Now they have a new trick.March 2024 get letter about my $148 check being sent to IL **** revenue unclaimed property. (this was the overcharge on the True value contract rate)Spoke to ***** /accounting 3/22/2024 who offered to mail be the check but now will not pick up her phone ************.This harassment needs to stop. Acura Westmont would rather refund to IL unclaimed property ( or pretend to refund) but will not refund to me.Acura Westmont still owes me refund of $1046 immediately.

    Women buyers and service customers beware of McGrath Acura of Westmont Shocked to see how McGrath Acura has changed for the worse!!!This was not the case till 2019, but with the pandemic McGrath Acura of Westmont has broken every business rule, especially targeting women and anyone they can take advantage of. Bill of sale has fake charges, warranty ignored, and service cars sabotaged (oil spills) just to get more business. New Michelin tires swapped to older ******** and Service charges more than what is listed on the website. If a complaint is put they pretend to fix, just to close the case but then do nothing. The Customer relations manager complains that the cost of groceries has gone up so they have to charge more. Yes, but be honest, increase the charge upfront and dont use creative accounting many women are engineers and all women can count too.
