              8/19/2021 my daughter had an eye exam. After the exam, they sold her a $607.85 pair of glasses. I called her to let her know we don't have vision insurance and cannot afford to purchase glasses from them at this time. This was at 4:37pm, she was still at the counter having just placed the order. She spoke with them right then to let them know she needed to cancel the order. They said it wasn't possible. They had already started making the lenses at the lab. I drove to the business in hopes it was a miscommunication. Arrived about 5:20pm and spoke with ****** I asked if the lab could be called. She reiterated the position that the sale could not be cancelled. The lab, *************** closed at 4pm. I inquired how, if the lab closed at 4pm, the order placed after 4pm was being processed. She said the lab is 24/7 and the lab customer service phone closed at 4pm. I called the lab - ************ at 5:30 and the recording stated hours of 8am-5pm. The order could have been cancelled.
