I have been a customer of ********************** for a few years now. I get the soda of the month subscription they offer for my Father. He is a healthy man in his early 70's and generally doesn't indulge in sugary things so for him the sodas each month are a big treat he looks forward to. Despite placing a similar order before, this most recent time I goofed and instead of ordering 1 case of soda per month for 12 months I ordered 12 cases per month for 12 months (SMH). ***** from the customer service team caught this and emailed me to confirm what I wanted since it (rightly) seemed like a lot of soda. When I didn't respond (I'm bad at checking emails) she went a head and fixed the order for me and made sure that my money was refunded, and that my desired order would be fulfilled... I didn't have to do a thing, absolutely no run-a-round. I honestly cannot speak highly of ***** and the whole team at Beverages Direct. Besides this one instance where they went above and beyond I have always had a very positive experience with them. I always receive multiple emails about my order shipment (they use *** which is also nice), I've never heard complaint from my father that a delivery was damaged and they are a small American business partnering with other small American businesses to deliver a quality product at a fair price....in 2022 what more can you ask. Great team, great service, great product.
