For Order ******, I was charged $1,052.43 on February 1st, 2024 for a Dresser and Nightstand. The Nightstand was Backordered, Canceled and NEVER Shipped. The Dresser was Received Damaged and was Picked Up by the Company on April 19th, 2024. After 10 Business Days from Pick Up, I emailed the Company asking for an Update on the Refund. They said it would have to be Mailed by Check and asked for the Mailing Address. I have followed up an ADDITIONAL 4 Emails since sending the Mailing Address and havent received a single response, refund or check.In the Photos I will attach the Original Order, the Fees Charged to my Bank Account, the Pick Up Receipt of the Dresser and ALL Follow Up Emails of my asking for the Refund.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
The Business has addressed my concerns outside of addressing the BBB in reference to complaint ID ********. My issue is resolved and my complaint can be closed.
