I made a grooming appointment on Saturday March 2nd for Monday March 4 th at 1 pm. I brought my dog in at 1 to get her groomed. After about 3 hours I called and asked if my dog was ready they said it would be another half hour while on the phone the employee **** told me that there is a new charge I was like what. Yes he said there is an increase in price I was like no one told me that. He was like prices are subject to change I'm like I understand that , but you can't just tell me after you have my dog and are grooming her. That is very deceitful. You all had to have ever chance to tell me when I made the appointment or before I brought her in and yet you didn't tell me. I paid the money, but I think this is unjust and taking advantage of a paying customer. I'm asking for my $10 back and for this business to be looked into as they also only take cash or Zelle. There seems something fishy going on at this business.
