  I brought my car in January 2023 because it was overheating. Prior to this the summer before I had brought this to another shop for the same reason and they charged me over $1700 to fix the car. The problem was never fixed so I brought it to Aaa in January 2023. they charged me $2227 on January 18 and stated the car was fixed and had a three-year warranty. 10 days later the car overheated again and I was charged another $237. I brought the car in two more times for overheating and they kept saying they could find nothing. Finally in April it begin to overheat even worse to the point where I had to have the car towed to them and they told me it would be another minimum $550-$2780 to fix the problem. The color does not run more than a block without overheating. So at this point I want a full refund because I feel they have been dishonest with me. The car does not run. This has been such an Incredibly horrible experience. I believe this is fraudulent behavior.

  I had car issues as I did in May when ****************** location put a alternator on my car. I called them the warranty was good and dropped the car off. 3 days later my car had not been looked at. After 5 days I was called and told I had a hose leaking that caused the alternator to go out and it would be $400 the part would take 3/4 days to come in and nobody would know how long they would have my car. I said ok Ive already been without it a week could I order the piece myself they said no it could only come from the dealership. I said well Im coming to get my car because it showed no signs of a leak in a hose when I dropped it off. I get there that evening and the woman at the front desk was very rude she said didnt they tell you about the leak I said yes well its going to ruin the alternator and Im not going to warranty it again Im going to print out something telling you this because its going to be your fault very nasty. I got half way home the car started over heating the lites on the dash were not working it was no heat. Luckily I knew to put coolant in the car and I made it home. I then called to speak with the manager because the car wasnt put back together it was a cup of screws in the backseat the radiator was loose no cap was put on and the housing and wires were loose. He told me bring the car back in out of my pocket and assured me the car was put together. My fianc looked under the hood and explained its a miracle I made it home. I called back to speak with another guy who said they werent responsible for a tow but somebody would come out and put the car back together. A guy came to my home and put back most of the car and explained they didnt want to put the parts back on in case I was getting the hose fixed. I never received an apology the engine could have blown out and everybody was rude. In the end I took it to another shop ordered the part from Autozone for $20 and the man put back the wires and everything that AAA left disconnecte.
