This business has been harassing me for over two years now. I bet a car that is no longer physically existent that I sold for scrap and replaced with a new car. They are not authorized to be using any of the trademarked symbols on this paper and any of the letters they have sent me. They use false and misleading advertising to attempt to trick me and the people that I live with into thinking that I am being sued or that legal consequences will occur. If I do not replace the airbags in a car that no longer physically exists, I would like this business not only to stop contacting me and never contact me again but also to be punished in a manner by which they could never bother other people ever again because I am not the only person who has suffered personally because of this false company. Please and thank you.I will also be opening a complaint with the ************* postal service to ensure that this mail is reported as fraud and that the people responsible for running this company are punished appropriately. To repeat, I would like this company to never ever contact me again either by mail or by phone or by electronic mail or any other form of communication. The attached documents show the trademarked symbols for the ****** of ******* company, *************, department of transportation, and the national highways transportation ********************* that they are not authorized to use. As well as the threatening language they use in order to extort gullible people into paying for repairs they don't need or at worst being scammed out of their money over the phone or online.

I junked my vehicle in 2019. I actually addressed the reason for the notice (recalled airbag) before doing so. Since then, I have constantly received notices from this third party regarding this recall. The notices come on ****** letterhead, with the ****** and NHTSA logos on them. NHTSA claims they have nothing to do with them. ****** has launched investigations with their Takata team. The issue still has not been resolved after dozens of calls. These mailings border on harassment.

My ex husband had a **** ****** Sentra he lives in ***** I live in **** and I get these mailings in my current married name. I have asked them to remove me from their mailing phone list but I keep getting these notices. I called and explained I do not own this car and they wanted me to give them my ex husbands contact information after I explained he got rid of the car over 8 yrs ago.
