Serviced performed on 4-12-23. Invoice #****. Generac Generator was not recycling during the week. Klees Electric ************ came out and they said they cleaned unit-oil and air filter changed-spark plugs changed-oil changed--and other adjustments. After a week the generator still did not recycle. Called the owner *********************** at 4Pm on the20th of April. He was busy with his kids, hung up on me and advised someone would be out next morning-21st. NO ONE SHOWED UP. I then called ****** at ************** Electric which I found on the internet, and he came out Monday the 24th of April. After he investigated the situation, it had been determined that the previous technicians didn't properly seal the oil filter causing the oil to leak out and oil levels to be off. After removing the beaten battery terminals along with proper installation of oil filter and topping off the oil levels the generator now recycles. I Paid him $143.00. We have pictures of all the before he repaired everything. I paid Klees Electric by credit card $350.00.
