      On July 20th we gave approval for the order through *********. We provided credit card information and finally, on August 9th, McCormicks completed our order for 6 front panels (4x8 metal frames and canvas pictures) along with 4 (10x10) A Frame moveable carts with printed canvases. McCormicks promised to have them to us in 2-3 weeks. After 40 hours of phone calls and continued promises of the order being received, the 6 front panels showed up on September 15th, (5+ weeks after ordering) On the 17th we tried to setup the panels and none of the canvases fit the frames (the frames were 5 inches short). On September 22nd the A Frames showed up (6+ weeks late) at the shipping company an hour away and after sitting for 2 days, we drove up to pick them up. We are halfway through the marching season and the canvases are useless, because they do not fit the frames. The panels are useless because canvases that McCormicks sells, dont fit the metal frames. We now have 24 hours to get the A frames assembled and have the band practice with them before the next competition. $7,168 wasted on props for a marching band season that is almost over. For order number ****** McCormicks has made continuous promises that have never been kept. On the 18th an email was sent explaining the frustration and the wasted money, no response from *********. On September 22nd a phone call was placed to McCormicks, we will get back to you, no response from the sales team at *********, this is the common theme. After multiple calls the Operations Manager talked with us and promised to have everything the next day. All the charges have been disputed with the credit card company. Monday, we will be filing a legal suit again McCormicks. My final call today to *********** to fix the problem, no call back.

      While we appreciate BBB's customer advocacy, we are committed to a high level of customer service without the need for third party intervention.  As to this case we have already responded to **************** and provided a solution to address his concern.  We do want to note that the complaint as written above is misleading and contains distortions from the facts, but the specifics of this matter are between us and ***************************************** and we will not be providing any additional detail to BBB.  Again, the issue has been addressed and a solution provided.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      For complaint #******** with McCormicks they say that the issue was resolved, but they have never reached out to me to resolve the issue.
       
      The response received from McCormicks before the last shipment was that we would receive a $1,000 refund, we have never received.  Additionally, they would send new screens for the front panels for the correct size of the frames they sent originally.  These were received after the band was halfway through their season.  We had already spent money modifying the metal frames so that the band could compete in the next competition.

      The only thing that is misleading is that ********* has lied continuously through this entire process.  They have promised shipments to be received on certain dates, and weeks later the shipment was finally received after multiple phone calls and additional lies about where the shipment was.  I would request that they send additional detail showing how they did not mislead us throughout this process.  We have clearly outlined what was promised and what and when things were actually delivered.  McCormicks only stated that they will not provide additional details to BBB.
       
      The issue has not been addressed and no solution has been provided or followed up on by McCormicks.

      We spoke at length with **************** and his colleague on Friday and have agreed upon a resolution to this matter in its entirety and have outlined a path for a positive future relationship.  As previously indicated we will not be sharing the details of our discussion or agreement with BBB or any third party.
