      I bought my 2020 *** ****** from Bill Stasek in March of 2022 for $22,000. Recently I have been looking at SUVs for something bigger to travel with. I took my *** to Carmax to have it appraised and see if we would be able to do a trade in, come to find out their is frame damage on my car that was never disclosed to me during the buying process and the carfax that was given to me only stated that their was small structural damage. Due to this lie by the dealership my car is now only appraised at $10,000. Significantly less than what I bought it for. When I went to the dealership to talk to them about this they were extremely unprofessional, and told me that the appraisal guy wasn't in but the most they could offer me was $13,000 and did not feel they did anything wrong with not disclosing frame damage. While in the dealership two co workers were visibly yelling at each other and arguing while customers were in the dealership. If there wasn't frame damage on the carfax, Carmax would take my car for what it's actually worth, but since I was lied to I not only overpaid for my car but now when trying to trade it in I won't be able to.

      My car was considered at total loss 4/8. Gap and service warranty cancellation was finalized in October 2022. I contact dealer to find out status December 28 and spoke with ****. **** advised me that he was unable to help me because the car was bought under a previous owner. **** advised me he would speak with previous owner and let me know where in the process the refund was. The refund amount is $1517.00. Ive never heard back from ****. *** tried to reach him multiple times to no availability and his voicemail is full. No one else is able to help me with this issue according. **** was able to provide no information if payment has been made, who payment was made to, when payment was made , where payment was mailed too. If it was even made. I was advise by **** to contact my insurance I contacted my insurance and they said that it was not issued to them.

      We verified the amount of the warranty and the previous  owner of the corporation refunded the guest
