I reached out to my Key Assist Coverage when my keys were lost and they in turn sent Ready 2 Roll to me for assistance in getting a new key for my vehicle. On Tuesday 4/25 they were sent my info. As I checked in with them they stated they would be there later that day. They then stated they couldn't come out until I paid for the service at which time they could come out. I paid them their fee with the understanding that I would receive an invoice for the service after it was complete from the technician so I could submit it to my insurance for reimbursement. They sent someone out a few days later and he cut and programed the key for my car no issues. He then stated he is just a contractor for them and that I will need to get an invoice from them. I have reached out to them multiple days with a response at first that they would drop it in the mail and I even had him tell me he did put it in the mail. I never received anything. Then he stated that someone would drop it off with me, never occurred. I have asked for it mailed or emailed, no response. I need this invoice to get paid by my insurance and they are no longer responding to my texts or calls. All I need is a simple invoice!!!!Initial Complaint

On 11/20/22 my car died I requested through progressive insurance roadside assistance for a battery charge and the guy told me Id need a new battery however I specifically asked will it start tomorrow 11/21 and he said yes or I would have taken it to a shop right then and there but I am too trusting in a field I dont know much about so I trusted what I thought was a professional at the very least. So today 11/21/22 Ive been waiting since 7 am for someone to jump my car no calls no updates until I call them at 8:30 (1.5 hours later) the guy tells me a tech will be here in 25 minutes then ********************************************************************************************************** he wont be here for another 49 minutes I explained what the office had said and he told me they lied to me. That being said I called the office again to see what was going on and the staff member became very rude and said well if thats what the tech says then thats how long it will be so I inquired why would you tell me 25 minutes then and he condescendingly say were busy maam (no shit) and so I responded I have to get to work sir. ***** people do not care in any sense. They were condescending and rude not sure if its because they prioritize people paying out of pocket vs people going through insurance but either way it shouldnt matter. I work in customer service and I would never speak to a customer like that paying or not.Initial Complaint

On August 7, 2021 this company came to jump my car after I called roadside assistance through my insurance *** The man said he had a new battery in his van to replace my battery. He said it has a 3-year warranty. I paid them $164.15. I asked for a receipt and he said they would mail it to me. Over a week later the receipt never came. I called Ready 2 Roll Roadside Assistance, Inc and they told me someone would come and drop it off the next day. No one came. I called them again and they said they would come and drop it off. Again, no one came. I offered to come and pick it up, but they said someone was in the office only from 9:00 am to 11:00 am Mon. through Fri. I work those hours and cant come in then. I filed a complaint with my insurance *** as they were hired as a contractor by them. They told my insurance *** if I'd call them they'd drop it off and no one came. Is this a new battery?They keep putting me off. The warranty is useless without a receipt and I need that receiptBusiness response

Yes we did receive a Dispatch to go and Jump Start *********************** Vehicle. Through *********************** ****************** We had Tested *********************** Battery and it was Tested as Bad Replace. We had offered three options, first option was to have us replace the battery, second option was take the vehicle to a facility and have battery replaced, and third option was to have the vehicle towed and we would call *********************** insurance company and arange tow service. The Battery that we installed on *********************** vehicle does have a 3 year warranty (36 month). We did mail the invoice to *********************** on the next business wich was a Monday. We have made many attempts to drop the invoice and *********************** isn't answering the phone. The office hours of Monday through Friday 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. We have those office hours, because we are on the street we are Roadside Assistance Company. We replaced a New Battery on *********************** Vehicle We don't understand why should would doubt that

I am rejecting this response because:They never mailed it. They never called and never left a message if they did call as they have claimed. I called them several times and they said they would drop it off more than once, but each time never showed up. My insurance company also tried to resolve this with them and also couldn't get results from them, so they suggested that I contact you, the BBB to see if I could get results that way. I am rejecting this response because:This business has said time after time they would drop off or mail the receipt and have failed to do so.I work during the limited hours that I was told that the office is open at this business, so I would not have been able to pick up the receipt.
