We had the absolute best experience. They fixed 3 foggy windows in our house, and it was a pure pleasure. I want specially thank **** for her attention to detail, And *** from the installers team for a very caring attitude and respectfulness to our house. He came in while at work, made a repair, and left with zero mess. Would highly recommend these guys for any window need.

APEX service removed the balances in my windows which was hard to open, but was openable, to balances which are not working and my window is not openable at all.The invoice was over $500 for work which is not done yet.APEX Window Werks Response

It is an unusually large window that requires special balancers that takes 6-9 months to order from the vendor. We've been in contact with a customer and even discounted the original invoice by $300.00. The customer is on the schedule today with our supervisor. We are trying to resolve the situation, unfortunately, it takes a while to receive a special order mechanism.Review from George F

Please understand that Apex Window Werks comes to their customers by appointment only. We do not do solicitation. Customers that seek a window repair call and make an appointment ahead of time and only then do we come for an estimate or repair. If outside repair services are not allowed in your neighborhood it's the owner's responsibility to inform us of it.Review from Carol M

I cannot recommend this company more highly. The team was unfailingly polite, punctual, and very professional with great attention to detail. Very respectful of my property and always cleaned up after the day's work. Any questions I had were always dealt with and I was kept informed about work in progress. The double glazing and insulation are excellent.Review from Robert M

I contacted Apex Window Werks to get a quote to repair a damaged window. I was told somebody would come on Monday, September 27th between 3:30 and 5:30 pm. Nobody showed or even had the courtesy to call they would be late. They advertised being BBB accredited. Apparently being BBB accredited means nothing.APEX Window Werks Response

Hi, notes from this appointment state that the estimator called 15 minutes before coming as soon as he got out of the appointment before this one. He had a long appointment and big property to estimate and got too involved to realize that he is running few minutes late. Once the estimator came to the property the customer was not home. We apologize for the inconvenience.
