My husband and I have tried this brewing several times and the customer service is very terrible. I wrote a review 1 year ago on yelp without any response stating the server did not know any of the beers, did not know the new releases and could not assist in helping with craft beers. Then, a separate time we brought friends to the brewery. We ordered beers but they did not have the mexican lager on tap. I bought a 4 pack and told my friends they needed to try in when they got home. (we did NOT open the canned beers). yet, when I sat down to share the canned purchase with my friends, a server at the bar yells at me that I can not open canned beers. (again... I did NOT open any canned beer but did not need to get yelled at across the bar to not do so.) Lastly... and I should know not to go back to this place, my husband and I went to have a beer after a MTN bike ride. We went to the bar, the lady/ server did not acknowledge us. Then, turned around suddenly as said "do you want something?" I was stunned at the greeting, yet... I said sure, can I try your tropical IPA? then turns to my husband and says "and you?" He orders a lager. She hands us our drinks and in the middle of my taste, she says "is that what you want?" I said well... "it seems pretty warm, is it suppose to be warm?" The server then rolls her eyes at me and says "all our kegs are on ice". She did not check the beer. She then proceed to say " what do you want?" I said "I want someone to be nice to me, so nothing, no beer." I paid for my husbands beer and we left after my husband practically chugged the beer down. We are nice people, I don't want to complain but this was the third time and no one even responds to the yelp or ****** reviews. Several of my friends are reported the same treatment and we have all decided to avoid this place. I called to speak to a manager ********* and she just said "thanks for letting us know". so doesn't sound like they care very much about customers.
