    Still being billed for services of ************************** even though supplemental insurance United Healthcare AARP has paid them. Four payments totaling $392.12 from Jan, Feb, and March 2022 have not been applied to my account, I was charged a $10 late fee, and told account would be turned over for collection by June 2 even though they are supposed to wait 6 months to do that and it has been only 4 months. I called June 3 and no one called me back. Friday evening, June 24, I sent an email providing payment information. Called them this morning and requested resolution by close of business, today June 27, told them I wanted return email, not a call, because I am hearing impaired. Told them I am going to file a complaint against. They do not apply insurance payments in a timely manner, they charge late fees for balances that are not late, turn accounts over for collection too soon, and it took 31 days to receive statement dated May 23 that said account was being turned over for collection. I do not owe them - my insurance has paid them. I am tired of their harrassment and inefficiency.

    Our company uses Practice Fusion, and we've been looking to change our billing. We contacted Kaizen as a partnered company, and requested pricing. When I called, as the office manager, I was given a list of options for what we were seeking. As we continued to look around, the company owner decided to contact Kaizen again, letting them know that we'd like to sign up with them. At that time, he too was provided a list of pricing to meet our needs. They sent over the contract, and low and behold, there was a $500.00 set-up fee (supposedly discounted), that was never mentioned to either of us. Not once. When they returned our call to question the amount, I asked why the amount was excluded in previous discussions, and she replied, it wasn't. The service information provided was that it was month to month agreement, with no contract, and I did let them know that we only needed it for six weeks, as we're in a transition stage. It sounded perfect, but a company that hides fees, not once, but twice, then denies the exclusion of said cost, and justifies it because it's a discounted rate, is ridiculous, disreputable, unprofessional, and terrible business practice.
