Took in my expensive truck in for service and basic synthetic oil change was not done. I have proof that it was not changed and called the customer service who mentioned someone will call back but no one has called back yet. They charged over 300$ for the whole service. This is kind of service you get. They dont even care for your vehicle. They just want your money.Willowbrook Ford/Kia Response

Worst Kia ****** ever!! They may sell you a car, but youll be treated like absolute GARBAGE after theyve got your money!! From the receptionist to the Service Manager, I found that this dealer is rude, short, no class, and COULDNT CARE LESS about you or your needs. AVOID THIS HORRIBLE DEALER AT ALL COSTS!!!Willowbrook Ford/Kia Response

The recall that needed to be done on this vehicle was one that needed the vehicle to be dropped off. When trying to explain the process to the customer the customer became irate and would not let us explain the process. Our process for recalls is the same for every customer. The customer can call me direct at ************. Thank you *************************.Review from Isaac G

I recently had our car brought for a recall. After doing the recall work/software update. Upon completion, the car lost functionality, and they wanted us to pay $300 to fix the new issue that was created. So in short, we brought it in, created a new problem, and wanted $300 bucks to fix a issue that wasn't there in the first place. I would not recommend.Willowbrook Ford/Kia Response

I brought my *** ***** in 11/2022 to the service department for the *** recall on the eroded brake line. My car failed the brake inspection and I was given a rental for 6 months until the needed part came so the dealership can repair my brake line. Once the part came and the car was repaired thats when my issues started. I dropped my car off to the dealership with a full tank and picked my car up with the fuel tank on Empty. I complained to the service ***** And was told they could only put $20 worth of gas in my car. Which I had to wait to get an approval from a manager. And mind you no one showed any sense of urgency and it was evident I wasnt a priority either. After I drove my car home I noticed that my brakes went to the floor but wasnt making any grinding noise. I felt very little pressure when stepping down on my brake pedal. My gas pedal was also hard. I texted the manager of the service department who I have been in contact with via text message. I informed the manager of my concerns and sent pictures of my dashboard with the *** and traction light was on. He responded it should be checked out but never told when or that he would take care of it, neither did he follow up. This was the second time i wasnt made priority or just pushed to the side. Mind you all the white customers were given grade A customer service while I was overlook and had to a long wait. I explained my concerns for my safety especially with my vehicle being recalled for its brake line through text to the service **** manager. I have text messages of all the correspondence. And the dealership reported to CarFax that my brakes passed the brake inspection even with the abs light and traction light being on my dashboard. I am disappointed I had such a horrible experience and no one followed up with me. I believe my car wasnt properly repaired nor made a priority for my safety considering the issues are regarding my brake line.Willowbrook Ford/Kia Response

If I could give these crooks 0 stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I purchased a ******************* December 2020 and have had nothing but problems with the car since. These guys sold me a lemon, but to make things even better, not only is the car a lemon, but their service department is so incompetent, that every time I bring the vehicle in for service, I have to make a return trip to have additional work done to my car because they either F up and miss something, or they purposely do things to my car to require a return trip. I'm not sure which it is: if they're accidentally incompetent, or if they are purposely incompetent. It sure feels purposeful sometimes... I mean, it's happened 4 times in 2 years of owning the car. Yes, I have taken my new car in for service FOUR times in the past TWO years, and EVERY TIME I bring my car in, I have literally had to make a second trip there to get something else fixed because they s**** up something else on my car. They even broke my door locks once and lied to me about it! I was assured the locks would work, but much to my horror upon returning home to the carjacking capital of the world (the ***************) I discovered the door locks did not work and they blatantly lied to my face about it.If I could time travel 2 years into the past and purchase my car at a different dealership, I'd be hunting for a DeLorean right now. Purchasing my car at Willowbrook Ford is honestly a decision I regret every day, and especially every time some sort of weird issue pops up with the car, and I'm faced with the prospect of having to make yet another nightmare trek out to Willowbrook and deal with the scammers at Willowbrook Ford.Review from David G

my truck has been at their shop for 7 WEEKS now with very little communication. I had to remind them my truck was there and that the parts they were waiting on were in their parts department. I have texted and called in recent days with no response on the status of my truck.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT 7 WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
