I bought turtle wax ********* remover around June 13? I used it on my motorcycle to removed some bugs. After using it parts on my bike turned to a grayish white color. I called them soon as I seen it. The call was on June 14th. I explained to the guy on the phone what had happened. He said he will send out a form to be filled out what cost to replace the parts and an address to send the bottle back for testing. Never received the information. Called again the following Monday and told a lady the same thing. Apparently they didnt see it when i called in. She said she will email me the info and would have it in one business day. Wednesday came and no information. Called again and talk to a lady and she said she will mail it out. As of today Monday the 24th i have not received any information.Initial Complaint

Don't remember the exact date, but I bought 2 Odor-X car bombs at my local Auto Zone. One of them was empty. They no longer sell them, and referred me to Turtle Wax. I've been sending in "contract us" and calling the 800 number since August 25, 2023. No one has EVER GOTTEN BACK TO ME! One of the cans in the pkg was empty! I'm looking for a replacement. I've tried to contact them by phone *************) since August 25, 2023, over 50 times now. Since Nov it's been weekly, still no call or email back. They have been ignoring my requests.
