            Purchase puppy with health guarantee. Took pup to vet and multiple health issues; underweight, late vaccines causing the need for booster in the future and looseness in the hips, a sound in one side of the hip causing concerns. We informed the breeder of the health issues and our decision to return the pup and out calls, texts and emails were ignored. When she finally did respond she was very unprofessional. We finally made arrangements with her to return the pup and we were to be refunded the purchase price as soon as the pup was safely returned. She made us return the pup to her neighbor and after returning would not communicate with us.Once again we called, text and emails and she would not answer. When she did answer she now states that she needs a written vet report, which is not in the contract whatsoever. We offered numerous times to do a conference call with her and vet and she refused. She has the pup AND our money, which is fraudulent and basically stealing. We will also be going to police to file a report.

            We are extremely pleased with our German Shepherd! Thor. ****** is an outstanding breeder. When we brought **** home ****** had already trained him in numerous German commands. We highly recommend her!!! We searched for an entire year before finding Promised Land Shepherds. This is our 3rd GSD. The fella is showing great promise!!!
