I placed an online order with Strongback Chairs for two chairs on May 25th. On June 1st, I received only part of my order #******. I ordered and paid for two chairs but only one was shipped. The packing list says two but the box it was shipped in is clearly only big enough for one chair. I notified the company on June 2nd via email and included pictures and received the following response via email at 10:12 pm EST on June 2nd: "Hi *******, I am sorry to hear and see this. Your second chair should have shipped taped, 2 boxes total, as 1 package. Can I rush ship the second chair to the same address? Again, I am very sorry to see this." I responded on June 3rd to confirm the second chair should be shipped to the same address and asked that tracking information be sent to me. I have heard nothing since June 2nd from this company and have not received any tracking information. I use an app on my phone that tracks all online orders and there has been no activity from this company. I have called their customer service number many times and it always goes to a recorded message that says they are assisting other customers. I have left numerous voicemail messages and followed up with email messages and have had no response from this company. At this point, I believe the company has no intention to ship me the additional chair that I paid for back on May 25th.Business response

We are aware of ******* ******'s email and shipment order. The fulfillment center was investigating where the 2nd chair was or could be. We shipped the 2nd chair, I included 2 accessories and also sent a 10% refund. I emailed *******, but the emails are returned undeliverable, see attachment. Our emails from me and from our website for his refund were both returned. We apologize for the delay and worked as quickly as we can to send out to the customers when mistakes are made. We sincerely apologize for the delay and confusion.
