On October 19, 2023, we paid $475.04 in advance for a full years service for 2024. On April 25, 2024 we cancelled our contract before any services were provided. We requested a full refund on that date, and were told they have up to 120 days to refund our money, according to the terms of the contract. We have since tried to contact Aarons, and our cell phone and landline numbers are blocked. At the end of August, the 120 days have passed and we still have not received our refund. Since they have blocked our calls, and have not responded to our emails, we have no way of contacting them.Business response

The refund was put in the mail today, 9/17/24. We try our best to adhere to our refund timeline of 120 days, but sometimes things get in the way.
