Wedding Date May 22, 2021 Photos Received on November 4,2021 - Photographer wasn't professional, did not want to answer questions for me. - I paid $2,880for my services -Took 6 months to get my photos back from photographer after being pushed off for months when asking questions about when they would be done. - Photos are not edited and not very well taken. -Photographer told me photos would be given to me at certain times and they were not. -When being told the photos had been sent to me, I took the tracking number to the post office and found out that the photographer had given me a false/invalid tracking number. -After receiving my flashdrives with the photos on them, I checked them out on the computer to make sure they were there and I noticed the dates they had been modified/updated on the flash drive. It had last been modified the day I received the flash drives, after waiting 2 hours after meeting time. -In the end of the whole situation, I had been lied to and taken advantage of when being nice to her and giving her time to complete my photos.Business response

She is in violation of the contract, I am not. She has blocked me on Facebook and refuses to text me back. She needs to reach out to me directly. And any allegations about the date and time of the images is ridiculous. I communicated any difficulties that were being faced.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I contacted ****** since she stated in her response to the BBB that she wanted me to contact her directly. I simply let ****** know how I felt and that I was willing to try and come to a resolution with her and she said she would get back to me at the end of the week due to some family things that were going on. I did get irritated because throughout this whole process there has always been some excuse as to why it’s always later instead of now. I let her know I needed a response by Thursday since I did have a deadline to get back with the BBB. She decided that it wasn’t enough time and that she would come back to the BBB and let them know I wasn’t giving her the time under the circumstances. I did tell her Thursday of this week (December 2nd, 2021) and she wouldn’t except that. I did wait to reply to her response online and never heard from her. It has been this way throughout this entire process and I knew if I didn’t say I had a deadline, then she would take weeks to reply. By 7pm on Thursday December 2nd, I hadn’t got a response so I declined/rejected her response since we had not come to a resolution ourselves. I have tried to resolve this among the two of us and I got no where.
