              My daughter, and I went to get COVID tested on DEC 30th and have not received our *** results. they stated that we should receive them by email in 7 days. We took the rapid and the *** test . We had to take the testing kits to our car and take the test in our car and then take the test back. I then had to take my other two daughters and my husband on JAN 3 because they were showing symptoms . I have called and mailbox is full, I have emailed and the stated that my results are still pending. I emailed the lab NORTHSHORE LABS, directly and was told All *** specimens will resulted within 7-9 business days. This location is now closed and now I cannot call them for my results.

              My husband and I tested 12/31/2021 at the *********** site. We did a rapid and a PCR. My husband got a positive result several hours later I never to date which now is 1/21/2022 got my results and we tested same time and placed specimen in same container. For the next 72hrs I called I was told to wait then twice spoke to a supervisor who said he would make sure to reach out to them to send my results. My husband never got his PCR. They get your driver license and insurance information and no results. If I could I would give them zero stars
