Great move, all of my stuff made it, nothing missing and was timely.  

Good customer service and communication. After a rough and confusing move Big Shoulders customer care team worked with me to resolve a few issues with the shipment in and efficient manner. The movers on each end of my move were hard working and responsive to any questions I had while working hard to get in and out as quickly as possible. Thanks everyone!

I'm giving 4 stars to the pick-up guys but 5 stars to the delivery team of 2. They arrived when they said and got the truck unloaded and the beds put together in just 2 hours. There have been several negative reviews but I can attest that I encountered no issues and both movers were pleasant and professional. I'm sure they were tired since they came to ***** from ******* in just 3 days. Nothing was missing or broken so I am very happy with the cost and the service. Many thanks to ***** and ******.

Did a great job with our move from a Condo in ******* to a Single Family home in *******. They damaged a railing on the move out. ***************** took 9 months to send ** the bill. With pictures and a copy of the paid invoice I was reimbursed within 2 days. Will definitely use them for future moves and recommend them to friends and family.

We recently used Big Shoulders for our interstate move. It was a great experience to work with their crews and customer care service team. They really handled all the move with de-assemble and assembling back our stuff very well, also they are very honest in what they are saying. Personally we really like this company and we will use them in our future moves.

Big shoulder provides a very reliable packing and moving service. Great Communication and punctual staff. Kept be in loop with different stages of moving which increased my confidence and their reliability.    

We did not choose this company, Interstate Moving used this company for us. They set up the initial quote (which was too good to be true) Besides having to pay a deposit 3 months in advance for our pick up date and then the week of the move finalized and then doubled the price because they were that far off on the original quote. Then Big Shoulder Movers picked up our stuff and it was so damaged when we got it. It looked like the truck rolled over with our stuff in it. Besides the damaged items we had lost and stolen items as well. When you file a claim it takes up to 120 day for them to say they will give you $.60 per pound after 5 months of reviewing the claim. They stated that they will talk to their employees about the negligence. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This was our first time using PROFESSIONAL Movers. We would have been safer doing it ourselves like we had before. There is nothing Professional about this company. Read reviews and view pictures, we wished we would have done more prior to the move. This was a big SCAM! And we paid for it!

I was promised by their broker agency and their own staff that my things would arrive within 3-5 business days. Now there is no manager or corporate number to call with my concerns as there is "no truck scheduled" going to my destination. I moved out of state across country and was nervous about booking a mover because I had hear about many scams. I asked ******** at America First Movers (which turned out to be a broker) and she assured me my things would arrive within 3-5 business days. Then upon pick up on 10/5/2023, ***** from Big Shoulders assured me my things would arrive by 10/10/2023 with a confirmation call on 10/8/2023. I had not received a call so I called BS on 10/9/2023 for an update. I was told nothing was scheduled. I called back on 10/11/2023 and was told that after speaking with dispatch, my things would arrive no later than 10/18 and I would get a confirmation call on 10/15/2023 with an exact arrival date. I did not receive a call. I called today and was told it could take up to 21 business days for my things to arrive as they try to consolidate moves and won't just send me my belongings. I am a single mother who moved to a rural area with her 7 year old at change of seasons and I was lied to by both companies (the broker AF and the mover BS) about delivery time frames or I NEVER WOULD HAVE BOOKE WITH EITHER. BS lives up to their name, and does not even have a manager onsite or available by phone. Clearly I am not the first person to have this happen as the "customer service" associate was unflagged by my story and kept replying "I hear what you are saying, but unfortunately no truck is scheduled yet". Unfortunately, we do not have beds, clothing, or anything to cook with and now live 2 hours from the nearest ******* and that is an unacceptable answer. Maybe they are good for short distance moves, but my experience has been nothing short of fraudulent and distressing.

We had an out-of-state move and ***** and his team were very pleasant and easy to work with. They worked non-stop. What my husband and I thought would be a very stressful household move, they gave us confidence and really helped to make this major move enjoyable.

They are a very good company they staff are amazing customer service is amazing the workers are amazing with doing the job they are so we'll taking care my stuff they are very helpful in every step of the way I we'll tell everyone this is the best company to move with work world big shoulder movers
