We hired AMS employee, ***************, (Van #****) to fix our commercial HVAC unit on our roof. He informed us we needed $2,850 in parts and that we had to pay him so he could order from the AMS warehouse. He informed us the parts were delivered a couple weeks later, but failed to install them. After a month, he showed up in the AMS van and said he would install them. I never saw him with any parts. That same day, he said we needed another $1,799 part because the other parts would fail without this repair. At that time, he said we should probably get a new unit for $5,107. He called AMS warehouse to get that price, and showed me the website on his phone. We gave him the difference, so he could order the unit. Over the next few weeks, there was always an excuse why he couldn't install the new Carrier HVAC unit. Finally, we told him after 2 months that we need our money back. He failed for 3 weeks to return our deposit for the parts. We are contacting his Management at AMS in Woodridge this
