Nearly 7 weeks ago on October 15th I had returned to Marcos Auto Mechanic for a returning issue to my 2007 ***** Fit that was supposedly fixed originally months prior after 3 weeks of waiting. I have now waited an additional total of 7 weeks for the same issue as the repair was insufficient in quality and thus it had to be returned. My vehicle had required an Input Shat Bearing replacement which I originally paid $1100 for. Marco claims to be working with a shop in Round Lake named ***** Trans. Both shops have failed to answer my calls most recently. Last I had heard from ****, he claims that he has had trouble finding the part needed for the repair. Im simply asking for the job to be completed and then inspected by a shop certified by the BBB so this does not become a recurring issue. My vehicle had been my main source of income as I am a delivery driver and can no longer afford to wait on them.Business response

Hello this is Marco Auto Mechanic Corporation, in regards to ********************* vehicle. The vehicle was picked up a couple days after the complaint date of 12-3-21. The repair was done at n/c to the customer however regarding the customers concern with this being a reoccurring issue/repair. This repair was the replacement of the counter shaft case bearing, the previous repair was the input shaft bearing which were 2 separate issues. I do apologize for the late response on this matter, I didnt see your previous email on the complaint. If you have any further questions please feel free to send me an email.
