I placed an order for a wooden flag and a T shirt around 6/25/2022. I have still not recieved the order. Part of the order was made with a 150 dollar gift card. I have tried to call them dozens of times and left messages. No one answers the phone or calls back. I have also emailed them to no avail. I'm asking for them to complete and ship my order or issue me a full refund if they can't meet their obligation. I really want the flag but at this point 442 dollars is way to much to risk with a nonrespinsive merchantInitial Complaint

I placed an order for a wooden flag on 8/29/2021 for $247, my order number was #****. I was informed on 10/7/2021 that the company had been experiencing staffing issues and the owners wife had taken ill and asked for more time. I sympathized so I was glad to accommodate. I checked back in January of 2022 and received an email on 1/8/2022 that said they were working hard to complete my order. I checked back in March and was informed on 3/19/2022 that my order was done and would ship the following week. I never received tracking or a shipment confirmation. This is the last time I have heard from them. I sent emails in April, May, June, September, October, and December, called and left messages, and even sent messages on their ******** page asking for a status or a refund or I would be reporting them. On their site, my order number changed to #**** and shows completed on 6/27/2022, however I have never received a single thing from this company. I tried to work with them and I gave them full notice that if I did not receive my flag or a refund I would report them. It has been about **** months since I spent $247 with this company, and 10 months since I have been able to speak with anyone at the company and I still do not have what I paid for. They should not continue to take orders if they cannot fulfill their backlog.Initial Complaint

On 7-6-22, ordered ******* **** ** ********* version flag and was charged $743.37. Long story short, we have never received this product and NUMEROUS phone calls and emails have not been returned. It appears this business is a scam ion the name of veterans. I either want the flag or a full return of the money they took!Initial Complaint

My wife had ordered a flag from Etherton hardwoods in the spring for our Anniversary. After she tried to contact numerous times to see why it had not been shipped by the due date, she requested for it to be stopped.Etherton intentionally shipped the item even after the stop request was made. On arrival we returned the flag at a cost out of pocket for ****** we contacted our bank and advised them of the situation and stopped the payment for only a short time. Etherton's last email dated 8-8-22 stated that their previous processor had the money, and it was out of their hands. I am uploading the rec for our shipping back to etherton I am now requesting reimbursement for the flag as well as the shippingInitial Complaint
