This company was hired to clean up bat contamination. Upon initial consult I was told it would be a small section that needed to be cleaned. Then I received the final quote and I was told the entire attic would need to be cleaned and treated and would cost me $5,000 and they wanted the money up front. They came to complete the job and I was told the job was completed and when I went upstairs I could tell the cleaning material had not been used and there was bar guana all up and down my staircase from when they were bringing bags down from the cleanup. When I reached out to the manager of the project, he apologized and said there was miscommunication that the job wasn't done and that they would be out again tomorrow to finish it because they ran out of the cleaning supply. However, that is not what I was told by the workers. The workers told me the job was complete and they were done. Also told me the cleaning product drives really quick so I wouldn't be able to tell. However, once the job was done correctly I could easily tell the cleaning supply had been sprayed all up and down the wood in the attic.I also told ****** who was the project manager that the hours he originally charged me for were higher than the hours actually spent at my house and I wanted a refund. I've asked him several times to have a final receipt and I never received it. He's basically stopped texting me back. I was lied to and manipulated between the workers here and the project manager trying to tell me that I misunderstood when I have the texts from both people stating two different stories. I just feel that I paid for more than services rendered and I would like a refund for what they did not have to do when they completed my project. I don't even trust a receipt that he would give me at this point because I feel like the things they do are not honest. However, ****** has stopped all communication with me so I have decided to report it to the Better Business bureau.Business response
