We had awarded a yearly contract (2023) to Keep It Green Irrigation, **** located at ****************************************************************** for our pre-winter and post winter services for our lawn irrigation system. We had pre-paid their services earlier in the year for post winter and pre winter services for 2023. After the post winter services in June 2023 they sent us 2 invoices for a total of $722 even though the total invoice should have been between $350-$400.Invoice ****: (Total $606.00) - Work Performed after 3 visits to our houseStart Up - $95 - We were not informed of this cost by the technician before or after the job. This was already in their system as we were charged $95 before the visit. This was pre-paid service along with winterization. The company cashed the check.Cable wire - Invoice shows 100 feet for $200. At the time the job technician told us the wire installed was 75 feet and it would be roughly $150 only. This was communicated to us before and after the job multipletimes. The company says the initial estimate was a variant (high or low). The delta here is $200-$150 = $50 which is 25% of the total estimate which is high.Labor - 2 people * $145 = $290 - The technician who spoke no Englishand had to use signlanguage mostly told us that labor was $125 per hour. After the job he told us the total labor cost was $250 for 2 people. This was captured by my security cameras in front of my house. The invoice says $145 per hour *2 employees = $290.Transaction Fees - $21 - I have no idea what this is and they refuse to answer. The work was granted to "start" by us to their technician after bullet point 2/3 was relayed to us on the estimate ($150+$250 = $400)Invoice ****: (Total $116.00) - 2 visits to our house The 1st 2 visits by their technician to our house was spent on trying to manually find the irrigation box. I asked their technician why he does not have the location device to find the control box. He could not give an answer. Both times the technician "forgot" to bring the equipment.Their technician who spoke very little Englishor no English again forgot to bring his equipment and after I told him thathe cannot find the box without locator equipment left. He was roaming aimlessly on my front lawn for no reason. This is also on my security camera recording. This has "2" times. They have charged us $116 for these 2 visits even though they forgot to bring the equipment.Final Summary: Reimbursementby your company to us - Internet Cable Line cut by the Irrigation technicianOn the day the technician finished his job and after he left we had no internet connection to the house. Both me and my wife work ********. Due to this internet outage causedby your technician , my wife and I had to travel to the office for 2 days because ******* could only come after 2 days. I am asking theIrrigation to bear the cost of gas, food, time etc.******* folks showed us the spot (we have photos and so does *******) where the cable was cut by your technician. Since this was not a ******* caused "issue" they charged us for the visit and also for the technician labor to lay down a new cable line.Once ******* told us that the cable was cut by the irrigation technician we texted the company the same minute as a form of evidence.Their 2 technicians were shown the spotwhere not to dig. I came out of the house 2 times to tell them. Since they did not understand English they still dug it up. The various chat messages between us and your Organization are also saved. This company has not been ethical with their invoices and also their owner "***********************" is threatening (3 times) to send us to the collections agency. We have tried to reach an understanding but ***** just keeps repeating the same message (collections).
