            On the morning of May 23, 2023 I ****************************** took my English Bulldog *** to Yorkville Animal Hospital to for an examination, I was offered to get him vaccinated for Rabies and Bordetella since the time was nearing for these vaccinations, it was determined that Jax had a mild ear infection upon examination. I accepted to have the vaccinations done in addition of the treatment for the ear infection. while drive Jax back home after leaving Yorkville Animal Hospital, no more than ten- or fifteen-minutes driving Jax home he started convulsing, gasping for air, vomiting and fighting to breath. I then got him home in the driveway and got him out of the truck to find that he had defecated and urinated all over my back seats, I also started to see mucus running out of his nose and him foaming at the mouth. I then called back to emergency at Yorkville Animal Hospital and was instructed to get him back there right away, I put *** back in the truck after trying to help him and see why this was happening. sadly, I witness Jax take his last breath in my back seat of my truck five minutes before we could reach Yorkville Animal Hospital. see uploaded documents!

            If I could give zero I would. My story starts on a Saturday morning. My 2 yr old ********************* was having trouble peeing. We went to a "hospital" the best right? It's not a hospital first off . There is no overnight care unless you pay for a technician that they can't do anything per the vet . So we headed to Yorkville animal hospital They told us what great parents we were because we caught it so early they did surgery,and he was fine Sunday when we visited as well as Monday a holiday we requested pics. I picked him up Tuesday,and Wednesday he was gone. We had an autopsy done and my baby got cat covid in that place. *******. No family member and charged for everything! Even the care of the covid he caught there. I have never had an experience like this anywhere in my life. My Rossy was an indoor cat. The vet ***************** knew. She said without even an exam he was going to die! They knew!!!!! My God they knew and killed my baby. Don't let them do it to yours. I've tried a number of times to contact an owner or someone,and they will not return my call.
