    I agreed to rent a dumpster from Manifold refuse on Nov 3rd of 2022. This was after waiting on them to have dumpster available from a request and call in September of 2022. I prepaid for the dumpster to be delivered to the property. I know of the dumpster being emptied on Nov 23rd and called early Jan of 2023. I was under the understanding it would be picked up. We then had a discussion in early Feb 2023 where they said I owed them another dump fee of $250, to pick it up. I reminded them that I had prepaid for the delivery of the dumpster and paid them before picking up the load on 23rd, which I assumed at that time was for prepayment. At that point they said they had dumped it 3 times, I disagreed. Once the day after they delivered it and the other 2 dates they agreed on. I suggested that there must be an error on their side. At that point they said if I was not going to pay they could come pick it up and dump the load currently in the dumpster on the property. They finally came out to pick up the dumpster throwing out of the dumpster 3 monitors/tv's on to the ground. March 20 ***************************************************************** dispute. To date I have never received billing from them. This communication that I am relaying was all done over the phone. They have no online premise for billing or billing dispute. When I talked to the manager/owner ( I believe) he said they could not remember back that far but it was in their system. I asked if this could have been improperly entered. He said it was in their system and that I owed them. I have nothing to upload as I never received billing from them, as explained. It was not until February 2023 that I was told that I owed them for the dump in November 4th

    I sent an email complaining about my experience with their website. I made sure to say that I love their service and have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I didn't say any unkind word about any of their staff or their trash services. I just expressed my extreme frustration and hate for their website and online payment process, imagine being frustrated by technology. My complaint about their website was answered with a "we're canceling your service today and your parents service too". There was no attempt to ease my frustrations, no other options of resolution. I'm still in shock that they would rather lose two customers rather than address the concern. Criticism is obviously not welcome. I'd hate to see what the response would have been had I criticized their services or their people. The days of businesses being concerned with their customers concerns is over. I wish this review allowed enough characters to share the entire email exchange. Since this exchange, I've spoken to other customers who have also expressed disdain for the website. I advised them to keep their criticisms to themselves or their service will be canceled. When did the world change to where the customer has to tiptoe around the service provider? Is this even legal grounds to deny service?
