I ordered magic the gathering cards for $393.00 that the company never delivered. I have made contact with them via phone, emails and a complaint form on the website. They keep telling they mailed the check and nothing has come in the mail or what have not even the product.Business response

Hello, My Name Is **********************************,
I Am replying to a letter regarding the Complaint # ********.
This involves a Customer of ours who Ordered Product While incarcerated in the **** Correctional Facility in ***********.
****** *********** Inmate Number A742-620
************** ordered Products From Us and it shipped to the Facility. They Refused the Delivery as it was sent registered requiring a signature and It was returned to us. We reshipped it and it was returned again We Followed up with the jail and found out thy had a policy change and would no longer sign for packages. He Contacted us Via inmate the Jpay Messaging app, asking that since he had not received it yet and was being released, he wanted us to to have it refunded and the check sent to the Prison inmate account since he was being released. We issued the refund Check (#*****) out to him for the full amount $393.00 we did not even charge him the Shipping return fee or restocking fee .
The check was received by the Jail on march the 23rd, then Cashed by the facility and cleared our Bank on April 5th.
When ************** contacted us via Phone we informed him the check had been sent out to the facility and cashed and to contact them,
As For email the only correspondence with him was the original request of the refund on 3/8/2022 Through the Jail Jpay app, As Attached Here.

We had Considered the matter closed and resolved until receiving this notice.
I will reach out to Mr. *********** on Thursday the 19th and try to relay the info again that he needs to ask the jail for his refund as they received the funds. Please Let me know what you need to help resolve this as far as the BBB is Concerned My Direct Number is ************.
