I had been using reeder for all my properties in the last 4 years. Unfortunately, I felt as though I was mishandled as a client by the office staff. Last year I had scheduled reeder to come out to service the air. I had mentioned I would be home all day. They never ended up coming out. When I called the office their staff mentioned someone had tried calling me prior to arrival and since I didnt answer they did not come by. I was slightly upset by this because I said no to the offer for a call on the way out. So I wasnt sure why no one came out. This wouldnt have been a big issue. Its the way I was handled on the phone going forward. I later thought about how it was handled and left a review. I was hurt that Ive always referred people to these people that seemed so kind and eager to help just for them to show me a completely different side when I showed dissatisfaction. I felt really let down after all the money myself and my friends, ******************* have spent with this company for their employee to handle me so poorly when I really want giving much issues just expressed that they shouldnt have to put it on a new days schedule when I denied the call ahead. I didnt get too upset on the call it was after I got off the call and put thought into how the entire experience went & left a review A few weeks later I needed to gather my invoice for a house I am purchasing. I call to do so and I am told they will not be helping me with anything until I take down my bad review that it was a lie I told them I needed my invoices and if they needed to speak to my attorney we can do that rather I simply needed my invoices so I could continue with business. The review was on how the office handled my issue. Everyone has bad days its ok to admit they mishandled a call. We ended civilly and he assured me that I wouldnt be mishandled in the future. When I called today to have someone out ******* said there was a note that they cannot take any calls from me

This is ridiculous and untrue. We have refused to provide service to this customer and she feels we must continue to do business with her. She manages several properties, and many under different names; We have had multiple issues with someone not being at the property to allow us entrance, receiving payment in a timely manner, and we no longer wish to do business with this customer. She did call in for service for one of her properties August 3, 2023. We tried calling several times and received no answer or return call. We do verify that our customers are home before sending technicians out. When she contacted us later in the afternoon, she was very emotional that we did not just come out to the home. But we did dispatch at 3:50, our service manager ***** and ***, a technician out to the home. (invoice provided). She was not there and when she was contacted, she said she would send in the payment. Before our technicians could get back to the shop, we received a message that we had a ****** review which we found untrue on our end. My service manager ***** tried reaching out to her several times and did not receive any return calls. ******************* did call in on August 16, 2023 requesting copy of invoices, which was sent to her by email (copy provided). We sent statements for the unpaid balance for four months, which we ended up writing her account off as bad debt, noncollectable. She called in on July 1, 2024 asking us to service a home, we are refusing to work with this customer due to the several issues. We do not wish ill will, but we would like for the harassment from ******************** to stop. We are a small business and I have excellent staff that go above and beyond for our customers. We simply do not want to do business with this customer any longer. My service manager gave her the name of another local HVAC company that does fair pricing and business hoping she can find the services that she needs. I have provided copies of what we have done. Please let me know if you need anything further from me. ******************* - Owner  Reeder Heating & Air
