************ in *************** is the worst! Where do I start!! First, the property manager , assistant manager and regional manager are all unprofessional snobs! *** had a leak in my apartment since March and it still hasnt been fixed. There is mold forming all in my bathroom and they keep saying its discoloration. I also have water leak stains on my walls and they still are refusing to address and take care of it. Then when you the resident have to get a little tough with them after being nice so many times trying to get issues resolved they act like your the problem. Manager never is available to speak to residents nor does she respond to emails. My A/C was out for 3 weeks before it finally got fixed and even after being fixed I was still having problems they never took care of it. Im at the point of no return with these people and really looking into taking legal action to come out of my lease. Its the worse here.

This will be long. We have been faithful tenants for the last year and a half with these people. Over the last few months we too have been victims of this horrible management company Back towards the end of may or early June we told them that we were starting to get mold in our house. Ill send someone to fix it thats all I heard for weeks. Finally in the middle of July they come out to repair our roof. Great! But what about all the mold damage on the inside? Nothing. Instead I got told just yesterday that the owner refuses to fix it because its too much money. I have a little one and one on the way. Do they care were breathing in mold everyday? No. They even wanted us to take down a post we had on ******** about them not fixing this mold. LOL. So guess what? Were just gonna make more posts and reviews. We are also going to bug them everyday. Weve already put in our notice because I cant stand them anymore. They want to play victim saying its out of their hands because of the owner; yet they are the idiots representing this owner. Since youre representing this owner and this property, do something about it. STAY CLEAR FROM THESE SLUM LORDS.

Tenant relations is of the utmost importance to us and your statements aren't an accurate reflection of the situation. We have been your advocate through this situation. As you stated, we have maintained that the owner must authorize us to perform repairs, to which they finally did approve us to move forward with the repair as of 9/2/21 after initially not approving our estimate to fix the issues you speak of. Health and safety of our residence is hugely important to us, and ultimately your decision to move is your right, and encouraged if you feel the housing isn't up to your standards. We did have to push the owner to make the repair because we did believe that was best for you as our tenant. It seems this one issue to which we were your advocate has really spoiled your experience with us, and for that we are sorry.We wish you best of luck to you in the future and hope you are able to find the home of your dreams. - Morgan Properties Mgt
