*Does NOT complete work contracted for. I have been waiting 11 months and they still aren't done.*Uses cheaper materials than contracted for.*Does sloppy work. I have examples of a screened in porch, paint, and a bar among others. *Cannot do simple things like install handle/hardware on screen door even after sending said contractors a ******* video (just a regular push button handle)*When a new addition is built and you ask for a sink, toilet, and tub they refuse to get the whole sink saying the basin is the sink. *Charges for their mistakes. I.E. new addition built and charged extra for leveling it once they found out they didn't put the floor in level. *Makes haphazard decisions. Ex - putting a light switch for a room 3/4 of the way down the wall instead of by the door. *Does not cleanup even though that is part of the contract. *Refuses to get all the things paid for in contract. *Makes excuses like they couldn't find anyone to frame a stained glass window. *Wants you to accept whatever they pick up even though you have ordered a specific size and have planned accordingly for stuff around it (window and tile).*Never works more than a couple hours at a time or weekends to finish up a project which just draws out the process. *If they make mistake they will NOT make it right. Ex - breaking top of septic tank. *Does not know what a recessed lighting can is so skips putting up four lights and pits up one. This is after I sent a picture of what they are.

****************** has been over budget for several months now and has resorted to multiple forms of libel and intimidation. This is an unfortunate situation, but I can say without a doubt that we have always attempted to make this customer happy as we always do.

This business has not finished their work that was told would take five weeks and that was almost eleven months ago. I bought multiple items that was budgeted for in the contract. If they had gotten the lumber when I paid them to (or all supplies for that matter) they wouldn't be "over budget". I bought items myself that I paid them to get so I am under budget actually. They say they try to make the customer happy. Empty promises. Lies. Excuses.
