The vehicle went to the dealership to have the short block replaced under the customer satisfaction program ****** I get the car back I look it over realize that they didn't replace things that are on the list to be replaced under that program the car drove like c*** an the engine knocked when you would do a cold start and it's not because the engine was cold that never did that before with the other engine. so then I noticed the subframe was crooked because there's marks on the body from where the subframes to sit from the factory they were not lined up with where it was sitting at now so I took my subframe alignment pins and checked it and they would not fit in the holes took it back told them about it they did nothing told us that we was crazy there was nothing wrong with it even with us saying the steering wheel was not straight. they never attempted to fix anything after I informed them about and about five trips to that dealership still nothing. Under car you can see where the flywheel has been contacting something in the bell housing cuz there's shiny metal on the flywheel showing and metal missing from the flywheel. they broke every clip on the wiring harness so the wires just dangle down by the CV axle. when installing the subframe crooked they also did a four-wheel alignment instead of a two-wheel alignment like the job calls for you're always supposed to do a two wheel alignment so they messed the alignment up on the rear and on the front with the subframe being crooked instead of just messing it up on the front so all four tires are all uneven chopped up tread. they were brand new they're all chopped up and have a bunch of road noise now. but another dealership confirmed that yes the subframe was installed crooked and we got a bill for it the alignment was way off they said also. I've also been banned from the dealership for cursing on the phone. over the issue they were not fixing. And denied warranty job that was approved by the manufacturer.Business response

I have met with Ms. *** and have resolved her issues. We put on new tires for her as well as refunded her $200 for issues.
