Purchase a Chrome book laptop for $89.95 from this seller through ********** the laptop was defective. I contacted ******* 4 times and each time they would contact the seller who would almost immediately email me with the same message " We have received your request and it is under review. They have never gotten back with me EVER.Even though ******* has contacted them 4 times since January 28th asking them to respond to my concern.The Phone Number goes to a ****** mail Box and they do not return your calls,Business response

This person is requesting a refund from a *******.com purchase and she is past the 30 day return limit. We will still help her out. Please have her e-mail ********************************Customer response
