              We placed an order (#****) with Metal Spinners for 25 pieces of our part number 1010-4010-3072 on June 14th, 2021. The order was due to be delivered by Metal Spinners on August 10th, 2021. Metal Spinners sat on our order for 2 months w/o lifting a finger, lied to us when they stated our order was on schedule at the end of July, missed the delivery date, then told us they're cancelling our order, leaving us in a bind with our customer. In light of this, we asked ******************** to ship us our tooling needed to manufacture the part on our order as soon as possible, along with another tool for a part they could not quote. We've been trying to work with Metal Spinners to get our tooling asap in an effort to mitigate our damages, by having another vendor manufacture the parts for us. Metal Spinners is holding our tools hostage out of spite and insists on sending all our tooling together, at a later date. The tooling we need asap is for our part numbers 1010-4010-3072 and 1010-5010-2934.
