We purchased an underwater treadmill for our business, Four Paws Animal Rehab, from Hudson Aquatics. It has had service issues many times and the same part, a driveline, has broke now for the 5th time. Each time it breaks we are unable to operate our very small business, a 4 women operated business, for up to 6 weeks. We have had to pay for a tech to fly out from ******* to ********** as well as parts and labor for the same issue. We had a tech come out in February and paid for these expenses plus the cost of our business being shut down for 6 weeks. It is unsustainable. We are writing in response to the complaint filed by Four Paws Animal Rehab regarding their underwater treadmill purchased from Hudson Aquatic Systems. We deeply regret the inconvenience and disruption experienced by Four Paws Animal Rehab and are committed to resolving this issue satisfactorily.
Please see the attached document outlining the situation and the steps being taken to resolve the complaint and correct the continued problems with the underwater treadmill system at Four Paws Animal Rehab.
