      This transaction occurred October 2023. I paid $2300 for work done on the front end before they could do an alignment, after I paid said money but they could not provide an alignment which cost $120. They said I would have to take it somewhere else, but in the meantime, my car started pulling to the left and it did not do that before I brought it into the shop.

      1/19/23 I originally dropped the vehicle off to check out for a engine oil leak. I was told it was the front timing cover. Upon removing the timing cover I was told the water pump was seeping and the timing belt tensioner was weak. I gave the OK to do all necessary repairs. After picking the car up it sat in my garage for a couple of weeks. After driving the car I notice a big puddle of oil under the car. I contacted **** the Manager. He apologized and told me he would send someone to pick up the car to get it inspected. We both had conflicting travel arranged so we agreed I would contact him when I returned. I returned from my business trip on 2/20/23 and contacted **** the Manager on 2/22/23. I have been promised via text messages 3x in past several weeks that they would come and get the car. NO RESPONSE. In total disgust and frustration I took it to their second facility here in the ************ area. I was told by **** the Manager to bring the car in and they'd get to the bottom of it. They suggested I drop it off on Friday morning 3/10/23. 3/10/23 (Friday) My vehicle was dropped off at *************** @ 8:30 am. 3/13/23 (Monday) No Update. 3/14/23 (Tuesday) No update all day so I decided to call the shop. I called the shop (4:15) to see what the status was. I briefly spoke to **** and he stated he would be able to give me a definitive update by Wednesday morning. 3/15/23 (Wednesday) Zero correspondence from Will at ************* as promised. 3/16/23 (Thursday) 12:50 pm. NO CORRESPONDENSE *****My vehicle has been in *********** facility for 5 days as a comeback and other than ME making the call, I have received ZERO correspondence from Will at *************. **** I have this whole fiasco documented. For this portion of my repair I paid approximately $1896. ( I have receipts) I want my car back with ZERO oil leaks ASAP.
