This Co-Alliance has a fuel oil delivery facility in Richmond, IN. That phone is ************.. I contacted them on 9.30.2022 for fuel oil delivery to my home. Previously they were Harvest Land and I had been ordering fuel oil from them for past 10 plus years. This request for fuel oil to my home denied by ***************************** and ***** his supervisor. They based their refusal on poor information in there notes from previous clerk there ****** ? The fact is I was concerned last year for delivery of my fuel oil and had to call 3 different times to finally get delivery last season on 10.18.2021. I believe based on there failure to keep their word for delivery last season they took it personal and documented that I should not be delivered to any longer. VERY POOR customer service. This is business not personal. *****, there supervisor lied to me about their pricing additionally when I asked why they were **** @ gallon compared to another dealer at **** @ gallon..***** has no clue and advised me their fuel oil better quality. I asked her how is it better ***** had no answer. I believe they may be price gouging and will report it to States attorney ************** for follow-up. This Co-Alliance has failed to provide services that they are in business for. Other customers should be aware of their lack of integrity.
