            We hired Alarie in May of 2020 for a room addition. He started the ***** week project in August 2020. As of August 2021 it is still not done due to code violations, undone work and water damage that he has caused (which I mentioned my concerns for this in October 2020). There is a gap between the new addition and existing house foundation that was never filled in causing water intrusion on top of the vapor barrier. There is also water damage in my existing basement caused by poor backfill and no attempts to grade and/or negative grade. Also gutters are still not complete. I have had to hire a home inspector and building engineer. The building permits do not have his name on them. They started siding the house in December of 2020 and didn't finish until May 2021 (I was told a 5 day +- job). There are so many items not complete and/or done with poor work quality.
