On 9/20 I gave a $100 deposit to this company in order to have my car shipped the next day from MA to AZ. I also gave the driver an additional $250 over the phone because he had his own fee. The driver never showed up to pick up my vehicle on 9/21 and the driver and the company stopped answering my phone calls when I requested a refund. Multiple calls were made to ***** from **** and the driver, ******, and I never heard back from either of them. They wasted my time and my money.Business response

We are here because shipper is leaving a bad review over a service that she hired **** to find a driver to help transport vehicle and received service. As you are aware **** found her a driver within a small time frame less the 24 hours notice. When setting up the order shipper did not tell us of any time restrictions for pickup. However shipper decided to book a plane ticket the following booking a pickup for her sedan on a open car carrier that holds **** cars. Shipper is a "liar" She did hear by for **** with time frame and driver contact information. Shipper mentioned they had a driver. Shipper was returned full deposit, EVEN THO service were provided. This person is Outside the norm and lied to get someone help o funds due to the problem she had at home and needed out. We forgive her and wish her well. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]I did not receive any services and I did not get a refund for my $350. The driver and the company never called me back and stopped answering my phone calls when I was trying to get updates on my pick up. This response is the first time that Ive heard from the company since the incident.
