Never buy the toyota electric BZ4X!!! Never buy a car from Andy Mohr Toyota in ******* Please read my experiences before you venture out to buy this car.First the connected services dont work, Toyota **************** does not help and the dealer is arrogant.Dealer thinks its not important and these issues are common and you have to live with it.Second the **** complimentary charging for a year will not work for free. Tried calling multiple times the so called Toyota Brand Engagement and also ****. They say everything is fine at their end, no issues, want me to put my credit card payment method and go on paying as you use. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FREE COMPLIMENTARY CHARGING FOR A YEAR.Finally frusturated i went to the dealer saying its a month old and only 400 miles on it. Please take it back and I will buy a hybrid Toyota which is proven maybe. This is the real shocker for me - Sept 21 2023 the value of the car $48000.26th Oct 2023 with 400 miles on the ODOMeter its value is $28000 UNBELIEVABLE how this great dealer ******************************* IN, their greatest sales team of ** and *********************** can fleece of you all the money. one month of driving this car is ******. What is the rate of depreciation and how much profit targets these dealers like ***************** are aiming at Now i am stuck with this car , dont know what to do, regretting I bought a Toyota and very disappointed i went to a local dealer like ******************** very careful when you are buying as they dont care about customers, all they care about is making money and big margins on every sale whether buy or sale.FINALLY TOYOTA YOU MAY BE A GREAT COMPANY BUT YOU DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND TREAT THEM LIKE DIRTAndy Mohr Toyota Response

With all due respect, ********************, you personally selected this car as your car of choice. You chose to purchase an EV. We helped you with the process and you left extremely happy. You are upset because you have buyer's remorse. You regret purchasing the car. That is perfectly understandable. And while we are empathic that you regret your decision to purchase an EV, we do not feel it is fair for you to take zero accountability for this purchase. We will be happy to help you trade out of this car, but the deal has to be fair for both of us.
Remember, you paid $39932 for this vehicle after a $7500 rebate, therefore it CANNOT be worth $48000. Further, you were cut a check for $10000 when you consummated this transaction. That explains your negative equity. Again, we will work with you, but the deal has to be fair for both sides. Let me know what you decide.
Respectfully and sincerely,
*********************

I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. bought a tacoma and not even a week later the brakes were making a sound.. I take it back they don't know what it is but Can charge me to replace all the brakes.. After I forked out $5000 for a downpayment. I wanted the ******* undercoating done. that was not done when I was told several times that it was. now I'm having to pay an extra $500 out of my pocket to get it done. I had to miss work 2 days and get behind because of these people. **** and ****** were both rude and anything but helpfulReview from Constance M

I had an appointment with Andy Mohr Toyota (where I purchased my last two vehicles) on 6/20/23 to have my brakes repaired. My appointment was at 9:15am and the car was finished at 1:17pm. They charged me for 7 hours of labor and I was only there for 4 hours. I phoned and spoke to the person/advisor and was told that it was their charge and that I would not get refunded for the extra 3 hours of labor. Labor cost was $818.41 and they didn't even rotate my tires. I told the advisor that I would never buy another car or ever get service from Andy Mohr Toyota again.Review from camille m

Stay away from *****************. I bought my first car ever here. 2021 Camry. Certified pre-owned. Their selling tactics are shady. Theyll include items you dont need like a car paint and interior package and hope you dont notice. My salesperson even warned me that theyll regularly show cars without letting potential buyers know about the $4000-$5000 increase for the certification until they are about to sign for it!And my CERTIFIED car?3 months later while getting oil changed at a different Toyota dealership I learned it has 1. Ruined rear wheel bearing 2. A bent subframe 3. 2 control arms that need replaced.Andy Mohr Toyota advised me to put it through my car insurance! Please, stay away from this place. Since this has happened, *** had multiple friends / coworkers share their horrible experiences.Review from Jacqueline T.

I filed a complaint with BBB. They closed my file as answered. My complaint was not answered. I purchased a 2017 *** ******** from a **** dealership. The engine went out. I found out in 2018 *************** sent a notice to ALL *** dealerships there is a product improvement campaign **** under a class action settlement. **** dealership didnt do the product improvement on the 2017 *** ******** until May 2020 and sold me the vehicle in June 2020. This vehicle had been in operation for two years without this product improvement done. I feel **** dealership should have taken this vehicle back! My complaint was never resolved!Review from Susan R

I got my car from *******************, been taking my vehicle for maintenance there ever since , I trusted ******************* with my car. I went to get an oil change, the person that assisted me told me it wasnt necessary and advise I neeed to get other stuff done I was charge $785.40. Two days later my car was needing an oil change and started mishandling to a point it wasnt safe anymore it was just shaking. I took my car to another shop to get a different opinion and advise everything that has been done to my car, they advise me nothing was done correctly they went ahead and fixed it. Went back to ******************* to speak to the manager(*********************), he wasnt any help at all, I advise him what happened and that my bumper wasnt fixed like it said on paper, he told me they dont have experience in body shop and shouldve taken it some where else. But he advise it was a mistake from there end and they will order the pieces and will give me a call back. I still havent received a call from them, I been patient it been 3 weeks already.Review from Josh S

Buyers Beware When my wife and I started looking at Toyota Siennas, we decided to take our business to *****************. We had purchased our last two vehicles from the ****** dealership and had positive experiences both times. Unfortunately, the similarities between the Toyota and ****** dealerships end with the ***************** name. I spent a Saturday test driving a higher-end Sienna model than what I was looking for and discussing with the salesman the process of securing a vehicle. I was a little taken aback by the numbers the salesman began throwing out, as Id done my research and knew the fair price value of the model in which I was interested.Nevertheless, I put down a deposit to reserve an incoming vehicle and was told we would negotiate a price at arrival as the price could fluctuate. The next day I received a survey asking what they could do to ensure the sale. My response was related to the vehicles worth. The sales manager reached out to discuss my response. I attempted to return his call on three separate occasions and was unsuccessful. Two weeks passed, and my emails and texts were going unreturned. When I did finally get in touch with someone, I was told that they ASSUMED based on my survey response, that I was no longer interested. They sold the vehicle I reserved without contacting me or refunding my deposit. The sales manager was unable to give any satisfactory explanation. She also stated that the price being significantly over MSRP (8k) was standard, and thats what they are going for everywhere. Ive since spoken to two dealerships in the area that sell the same model AT MSRP or below. We have started the process of purchasing our vehicle at one of those aforementioned dealerships. Andy Mohr Toyota is price gauging. Their practices are dishonest and unethical. Please dont fall for their bait and switch. You can get the vehicle you are looking for elsewhere.Review from Mike C

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!! My experience was unfortunate. I purchased a 200k RAV4 and asked them to deliver it to my house 60 miles away. I test drove the vehicle and it seemed fine. The next day went I went to drive the vehicle and it had a check engine light because of a catalyst efficiency fault. In the fault record, it indicated that the faults were cleared 60 miles before at the dealership. Clearing faults so that I would purchase what looks like a clean car is dishonest and sad. The "best offer" they could provide was to have me drive 60 miles back to their dealership and PAY to get it fixed "at their cost". Oh sure. They kept harping on the fact that I signed an AS IS form. AS IS to me was a fault free car - that is not what I ended up with. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!Review from Kelli B

After my 2016 Toyota Corolla was totaled a month ago by another driver I found ********************* ad on the internet for a 2017 Toyota very similar to mine for $17,111. I Hired an Uber to **** ******************* Toyota. I am a well respected 82 year old widow and a **** graduate of ************************* of ******** When the final **** was presented it was $22,187. I asked why the huge dollar difference from the ad. It was something about the security and anti theft features that could not be posted on the internet because every state is different. I stated this sounds like a bait and switch. I signed several papers that made them free of any responsible and me with a 1 year Toyota warrenty. In my mind, I wondered if their mechanics had even looked at the car and leaving me with the unknown warrenty. I could have had 4-5 years additional warrenty for $1,900 which I declined. There starting price on this car was $19,611. Please help ***
